These are pictures from a weekly Thailand game show called Game Jarachon. Apparently there is a part of the show called "Rescue the Hostage," or something to that effect, where contestants are bound to a wall and tape gagged. The gag is periodically removed and reapplied as a series of questions are asked. Many thanks to tapeher for the info about this show. Also, thanks to Gagster for pointing out the video.
